This website

There are no ads on this site. I use Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. They collect anonymous usage data, such as clicks and scrolling, and don’t tell me who you are. Clarity may set a cookie to do this; Vercel Analytics doesn’t use cookies.

Like any website, the company that hosts it (Vercel) keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google for them.

Booking the free hour

Bookings go through Calendly. When you book, you give Calendly your name, business, phone number and anything else you choose to add, and they send it to me. Calendly has its own privacy policy for how they handle it.

Calls, texts and emails

If you call, text or email me, I keep what you send so I can reply and do the work you asked for. I don’t add you to a mailing list, and I never sell or share your details.

Your business information

If we work together, I’ll see parts of how your business runs, and sometimes your customers’ information. Here’s how I handle that:

• Anything I set up or build runs on your accounts, not mine. You can remove my access at any time.
• I only use your information to do the work you asked for.
• I never reuse your data, your customer lists or anything confidential for anyone else. I do keep general notes on what worked, with nothing that identifies you.
• I won’t use your name or results publicly without your written permission.

As a BC business, Handoff follows BC’s Personal Information Protection Act.
